Meet the Attorney Kenneth R. Tucker Team

Kenneth R. Tucker was raised in Genesee County with strong ties to the community. His father was a General Motors employee, and his mother was an MEA educator. 

Attorney Tucker is a 1986 graduate of Swartz Creek High School. He completed his Bachelor of Business Degree at the University of Michigan - Flint in 1990, with honors. Attorney Tucker completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Detroit Mercy, cum laude, in 1994, where he was also an Associate Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. He also completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Detroit Mercy, magna cum laude, in 1994. 

Attorney Tucker has been a licensed Residential Builder and has operated a residential building company for nearly 30 years. 

Attorney Tucker is a State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) approved mediator offering mediation services for all civil litigation issues, specializing in construction-related and family law cases, including divorce, paternity, custody, parenting time, and child support. 

Attorney Tucker has been an avid hockey player for over 50 years, a hockey referee, and a Level 4 lifetime USA Hockey coach. 

Laurie A. Tucker was raised in Genesee County and is a 1986 graduate of Swartz Creek High School. Laurie has been a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at the Law Offices of Kenneth R. Tucker for over 20 years. Laurie worked in the orthodontic and dental fields for 18 years prior to joining Ken in his law practice. Ken and Laurie Tucker have been married for over 33 years and have raised two boys, Mitchell and Grant.
